Take time to rise above the constant states of hustle culture and overwhelm!

We will practice the state of BEING! Taking time to allow our nervous system to settle, to engage the parasympathetic state, and disengage from the bustle of the daily grind. This will be the First time this event is held at The StarHouse in Boulder. This morning session will be blend of practices in QiGong, Nature immersion, and we will finish the session with a simple and reserved sound meditation.

After introductions and a brief stretching warmup to open the meridians and energy flow in the body we will explore the sacred land around the StarHouse, feeling our connection to the energy and flow of this beautiful natural setting.
